ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We trust you will love your Gems & Jewels purchase. However, should you be unhappy with your purchase, please contact love@gemsandjewels.com.au

within 7 days of receiving your order and we will assist you with an exchange or refund, less any shipping charges. Due to health regulations, we cannot return or exchange earrings so please choose carefully. Engraved items cannot be exchanged or returned. SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We claim no responsibility if goods are lost in transit on the return back to us.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED

We try and send your items as soon as possible.

If your item is a stock item most times we hope to ship your order in 2 -3 days.

If your item is made to order please allow 20 week days for production plus 1 – 2 days postage.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

We currently only ship within Australia. Flat rate of $10.00 All of our orders are sent and tracked Australia Post.

All purchases will be sent via Express Shipping: National delivery within 1-2 business days to National Metropolitan areas. Regional areas can take longer. Damage or loss in transit is rare however if this does occur we will take responsibility for it. Purchases will be sent with signature on delivery.

CLICK & COLLECT

We are happy to offer customers a click and collect service from our Ballarat store, Shop 1, 424 Sturt Street, Vic 3350. A collection email will be sent once your order is ready for collection.
