However, should you be unhappy with your purchase, please contact love@gemsandjewels.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and we will assist you with an exchange or refund, less any shipping charges. Due to health regulations, we cannot return or exchange earrings so please choose carefully. Engraved items cannot be exchanged or returned. SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
